Worst Client Experience

The lady who assisted us with short black braids at Foschini Keywest Mall was not friendly at all and very rude. She came through to us and informed us that the systems in the store go off at 2pm. I understand that they could have been in a hurry to lock up and leave but it was absolutely unnecessary for her to blatantly lie to us like that. I am not sure if this is how all customers are treated In that store but it was definitely unprofessional, I highly doubt that a big store like Foschini would just switch off all their machines as soon as the time 2pm hits, I am not sure if we looked stupid to her or what but I felt as though my intelligence was highly insulted. Someone needs to come back to me and make me understand this idea. We felt very uncomfortable and rushed, she even noted that if we decide to leave all items we already had on hand that was really up to us, absolutely no sense of customer care at all. I am very disappointed!!

We did not even get a chance to look through anything because we were rushed! Someone needs to call me and make me understand this, I have been a customer of Foschini for some time and this is definitely not the kind of service and treatment I expect.
