Worst account opening experience

I app**** to open an account at Foschini over a month ago. I have sent them my ID and Payslip 3 times already and they still haven't gotten back to me yet. The consultants in the store are useless and have been absolutely no help. I have them my documents and yet every time I go back they seem to have no record of my documents at all even though I have provided it to them 3 times. Worst service I've experienced by far.
