Worse retail store!

I recently app**** for an account with Foschini, when I app**** for my application they did ask me for my current surname which I then added as they didn't wannt to accept my ****en surname (I always use my madden surname as it's more convenient for me) so that's what I did added my current surname, I then go to the store with my ID and marriage certificate as I know they won't accept my ID and they refused to give me the card or cancel my application as per my request, I have more than one retail account and all my accounts have being accepted with my marriage certificate, the TFG group must be ranked quite high compared to the rest as they couldn't accept my documents
