Worse customer service .. Foschini Sandton

I am Nthabiseng Lekhula I purchase a cellphone on the May 2022 at Foschini Sandton and on the 21 September it's went blank I send back to they store but I was told it will be sent to Vodacom to be fix ..till today no one knows where's my phone between the two store ..no one is communicating 😭 with me yet am still paying 😭 for the phone..even the area manager knows but no one is interested in assisting I call the store almost everyday..no one answer they calls ..they services is horrible and *********** as for the Store Manager no customer service..after paying my account am out ..to think I've been a loyal customer for 8years now
