Worse client experience

Today I was at foschini gateway to return a pair of shoes I bought last week Saturday. I must say I was disappointed, the lady who assisted me was rude and arrogant, not only to me but also to an elderly woman who was before me. I only shop at foschini gateway and I've never had such bad client experience.
