World Class Service from Dan

Good Afternoon,

I would just like to thank Dan from the cosmetics department (Dior) for going over and beyond to find me the perfume that I have been searching for for quite a while now. I drove all the way from Secunda (which is about 120Km to East Rand Mall) as I knew they stocked Dior. Firstly they didn't have the perfume that I wanted on the shelf but it wasn't his fault as the perfume packaging looks the same. He had so much patience with me as I think I was driving him insane wanting this specific perfume. He didn't just give up and say we don't have it like most consultants would do, he went and he searched for it. (The perfume I wanted comes in 2 different bottles with the same packaging that looks the same but doesn't smell the same). If you have more employees like Dan you would have world class serivce in your stores as he delivered me world class service. I will recommend all my friends and family to go straight to him to assist them when it comes to buying perfume. So thank you Dan for not giving up on me and really going out of your way to get the perfume that I really desired, I appreciated it more than you know.
