Why give my important info to strangers? what happened to Confidential?
<p>I am receiving calls from numerous from people claiming that they are collection agencies sent by Foschini. I am paying my account but the balance is not going down. i tried to call the customer services many times but instead of helping, they give a number that i should call, the Tygerberg hospital number. The last straw was yesterday when a consultant named Jonathan gave another false number. Where is my money going? how can Foschini be so reckless in giving out my personal details? why dont you give me the info i need?</p> <p> </p>

Why make empty promises? Are you still investigating? is this a big joke to you? i guess i will have to direct my concern to Mr. Doug Murray's office. Lets hope he will understand the importance of this....
