Where is my Order?!

I placed an order with foschini and sportscene on 1 june 2020. Till this day I haven't gotten my order. I have been sending them countless emails calling endlessly but they do not reply back. Their service is really sickening. No communication or whatsoever on why is my order being delayed. This has been such an inconvenience for me because I'm stuck at one place waiting for them to deliver. You guys a really sickening!!!
