When will i get a response from your insurance
My phone was ****** in January 2016, and i claimed it from the insurance which I took with the foschini group since i bought my phone from their store. I was told that would get a response in 3weeka time via a phone call from their respective insurance broker, its been 3months now and I still haven't heard anything from them, i have called the insurance people only to be told to call again some other time, went to the store where I made the claim only to get no answers. Can i please be assisted with this matter to get a response from these people regards to when I will get what's due to me.
