When doing good is not enough

<p>When doing the right thing is not enough</p> <p>I had an account with foschini and had difficulties paying it for about a year because of some personal stuff, Then few months back i then decided to apply for a loan at work to settle all my debts foschini being one of them. The account was now handed over to a company called Shrives Attorneys at first i spoke to a lady by the name of Portia, i then made arrangements with her that i will settle the account, she arranged a settlement amount for me as well. Arrangement was amde with the bank and all the account were settled on the 23/06/2016 proof of payment as requested on the 24/06/2016. I had no issues with the other companies, funds were received and i already received my paid up letters. The issue is with Foschini and Shrives and attorneys, i have since beindg told that the funds are not reflecting on their side, i dont know why cause the right account and the right refference was used. Theres a gy there by the name of Lethabo Mphahlele who was extremely rude and told me that my proof of payment could be ********** as far as he is concerned, he was totaly not helpful even after i sent all the relevant documnts to him, now he is no longer responding to my mails anymore nor is he calling to give me an update, i called in again this morning and spoke to Colleen who promised to investigate and call me back which im still waiting for feedback. My concern is i paid these people i feel not enough investigation has been done to get to the bottom of this and on top of that no one is getting back to me, im now being theratened of garnishing and my name has been listed on ITC by these people, im not sure if they understand the impact causing in my life, no is taking these seriously and i need solution. Im getting debited this month for the loan i took which includes the foschini account but here im told that i didnt pay that account. I need someone to help get to the bottom of this as my life is now on hold.</p>
