What Happened Foschini

I would like to start this by emphasizing that Foschini is undoubtedly my number 1 store for fashion and in particular bags and shoes. So, today it pains me to have to write a negative review. I bought a pair of black court shoes about 2/3 weeks back. I have only worn the shoes on 2 occassions. The first was to church, which was not more than 2 hours. The longest I have worn them is today to work, between 10am and 4:30pm. So, I am shocked that one of the shoes has lost its heel, and the other one has a heel that id worn down. How does this happen in a day? Like I said, I am a Foschini fan, so I am genuinely surprised at an item being so poor in quality.
