What an embarrassment

Well, I'm such a big fan of this shop and do all my make up shopping by them. I always get the best service and always go back basically every month, however to my surprise going to the Foschini in vangate mall to just get one item that I needed it was just a basic didn't even need to be a name brand primer. When I asked for help I was shouted at by a worker who refused to help me as she did not work in the make up department and the person that did was off. Now I understand a lot and can tolerate a lot but to be shouted at in a store that you can not help me? it's a bit too much, let me quote ' sorry I can't help you and no one here know what you are talking about !!!!' to end it off with a very sarcastic 'sorry dear' The staff is really rude and lazy and if the store in understaff then that is something that needs to be addressed and should not be taken out on the customers. I was really embarrassed and immediately left, this was so bad that I am on the point of even closing my account with the entire group. This needs to be stopped and polite staff that actually like their job needs to be hired.

Just to think that this was happening and my own child had to see this and other customers in the store it's so disgusting. Never will I ever go to this store again thanks to this.
