What a lie !!

My husband bought me a wedding ring from Foshini , 3 months later it broke , took it back , I was promised a NEW wedding ring same as mine coming from Springs branch , I got my ring back a week later on Friday 5th November , what a waste of my time and money !! I want<br> my money back or a brand NEW ring as promised , when<br> me and my husband went to go fetch my so called Promise new wedding ring , Guess what the one part was just fixed and the other part has a chip out of it , we asked what now ? Why it is like this , there was no explanation , so now the second time I get another second hand ring , I am disgusted , Like I said I want my money back so I can go else where , so I can buy a NEW ring , I want to put this in the news paper so people know NOT to buy from Foshini .. I just dont get proper Answers to why and What , and the false Promises ? I hope I get the proper respons the second time .. If you take something back you dont get orher peoples second hand goods , you get a new thing or your money back , rather looks like Foshini wants to cover their asses !!
