What a great experience

On Sunday the 11th of October I went to Cape Gate to exchange a pair of jeans for another size.One of the ladies at the counter said she could see on the system that the store has more stock.She will check.She checked at the back and couldnt find anything.She insisted there must be more stock.She eventually found the size I was looking for.And I got service with a smile.<br> <br> Customer Service is mostly non existing these days, but I hope you will appraise the staff at this store for their awesome service.
