Was Always Good Until A Recent Setback

Offers the most convenient online shopping. I have been using it for quite a while with no worries. My only problem is when they can't deliver/process a placed order and you end up losing the amount that you placed the order with. Even after a month of calling and emailing, my money was still not recovered. I know they offer the best service, but that has me doubtful and it's a first.
