Want to return clothes but you keep on shutting the doors in our face when your trading hours spesificly says from 9am-4pm

I am highly iritated by donna in both Menlyn and kollonade. It is now the second time when we arrived 10 minutes before closing time and they refused to help us. We just want to return clothes and it's been a month now and we're still not able to return it because of donna's uneceptable customer service. Your trading hours states you are open from 9am - 4pm on a Sunday and you have closed the doors in our faces at 15:50. Get yout trading hours right please
