Want to hand over a 80 year old to attorneys

This is not my account, but I am writing on behalf of my mom (80 years old).

I am fedup with these people at Foshini, they are ***********, their service regarding accounts is very bad and they want to hand a 80 year old woman who currently is in Frail Care in an Old Age Home and who cannot even speak anymore because of Alsheimer's and who only receive a state pension over to attorneys.

They harrass me (her daughter) constantly with phone calls or sms's and I was told that they have no choice but to hand this 80 year old woman over to attorneys if she does not pay her account.

They even told me they will hand me over to attorneys if I do not pay her account.

They are inhumanly, because my mother were always a good account holder and they never had problems with her paying her account. She owes about R1000 and I cannot for the love of it understand that this amount cannot be written of instead they want to load her account more.

Foshini is a disgrace!!!!!!
