Waiting for a refund

i have requested a refund since the 3rd of December and the feedback i received from Lucinda is that it is RL Daly credit corporation that needs to give me the refund as my account was handed over to them. Lucinda assured me that their books close on the 12th of every month of which in this instance it was the 12th of december and it will not take the agency more than 3 weeks to process the refund but today i am still waiting. i have phoned RL Daly credit corporation and it was confirmed by Nthabeleng that foschini has not send the overpayments for november and people from foschini are on vacation and there is no one to handle my complaint. i need the refund urgently not later than the 31st of december.Innitially i have instructed foschini to locate a payment and pay it back into my account but instead they paid it into RL Daly account.
