Waiting 14 days for them to close my account. ITS STILL NOT CLOSED!!!

<p>I paid my account in full and asked fochini to send me a letter showing that my account is closed on the 30th. They sent me an email saying that I over paid and that they need to write that money off for them to be able to close the account. I rep**** and said that they can write that money off and if they would please send a letter saying that the account is closed. A week later I still havent recieved anything, so I called and emailed again for my letter. Still havent recieved anything. When I called today, they said that I owe Fochini R100 because I asked twice for the letter. This is pathetic. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO TYPE A LETTER!!!!!</p>
