Vuma payment

I'm standing outside Boxer braamfscherville whereby I went inside the store to pay my Vuma WiFi I gave the cashier the slip I paid with last month on the 16.08.24 the cashier by the name of Anam took my slip she asked how much I'm paying and I told her that I will be paying R400.00 and then she looked at my slip and told me that they no longer allowed to do transactions for Vuma and I asked her since from when she told me that it's been three months now i said to her my slip it's for last month and I've been paying here since no one ever told that even on July I paid here because I live here I cannot go far where's I stay not far from the store so she called the supervisor whom she said the same and I also said the same words I told the cashier and I asked for the manager she told me she cannot disturb them because they are in the meeting so I said but I'm a customer and I need so I think one manager can help me she said she cannot disturb and she then gossiped about me to the other cashier thinking I would not hear what she's saying and then the cashier told her to call the other lady whose not the manager and also didn't help me at all ,I'm so very angry towards the treatment I got from the store and it's not for the first time I really wish the supervisor would be taken to training that u cannot gossip about the customer while she's standing next to you because u can never know what language she knows or not as she gossiped in Venda
