Violation of personal information

Hi,<br> <br> I had a very odd phone call from Foshini. Considering that I am not even a customer of Foshini.<br> <br> 1. The lady did not introduce herself.<br> 2. She was calling looking for a family member. How did she get MY personal cell number?<br> 3. She said she tried calling on a number that I know for a fact has not worked in more than 2 months and that my family member was making funny noises on the phone. As a result an arrangement will not be made regarding payment because of this behaviour.<br> 4. All of that being said, she did not give me any contact information to forward to my relative in order to sort this out.<br> <br> Is this indicative of the way Foshini deals with customers and also what right did she have to use my personal information, when I have never given Foshini permission to contact me for any reason due to the manner in which I was treated when I still had an account as a student?<br> <br>
