VIOLATED BY FOSCHINI STAFF

I dealt with Queen Magida and Georgina Makghatho at Foschini Cresta. I had come to return a pair of pants that had started to peel within a month. We went to the fitting room, for me to fit a 2nd pair of pants. When I told them I am not happy with their service, Georgina gave me bad attitude, she shouted at me, and interjected when I tried to speak. She took the pair of pants that I wanted to return and placed it on the dirty floor and started taking photos with her phone, and she took photos of me in the 2nd pair of pants, without my consent. I took the pants from her, which she tried to grab them from me. I told her that I will not give her the pants as it is my property, and she said I was also in possession of HER property. I took off the pants and handed them to Georgina, and said thank. When I walked out, Queen was at the entrance of the store, and I thanked her as well. She then posed a question whether I had returned the pants that belonged to the store, and I said yes. Neither of them apologized for the way that Georgina screamed at me, when I had maintained a calm tone, for the photos that she took without my consent, and for the aggressive manner that I was treated.
