Victimized and belittled

Never in my life have I felt so humiliated and belittled in a tfg store until I went to Donna cape gate. The interrogated me because I had my mother's account. The staff were laughing at me and made me feel like a ***** infront of all the customers in the store. I was then made to feel so humilated by them telling me that I can pay the account and return items to the account but not purchase. I felt victimized and was never asked if I could pay for the item any other way. I'm so disgusted in the service and Donna is a shop that I love and support often. Well tfg the one thing you can do is ensure that the staff at cape gate IBT the jacket I wanted to the Canal walk branch
