Very very poor service

I bought a phone at Foschini & took insurance as well, the phone had a problem with the keypad, switches on and off by itself & screen is flickering. It has since went to repair center from last year October, the store consultant told me that it's going to take 21 working days which is the SLA period for the repair. Now they are telling me that the device might take 3 years for it to be returned back. So i decided to claim since i can't wait for 3 years and now they are telling me stories that the insurance doesn't cover anything except water damage and physical damage. This was never explained to me when i bought the phone. when i took my phone to the store, now they are changing stories that their devices take up to 3 years. Am really not certified with their service as am paying insurance which is useless but they never forget to deduct from my monthly salary. No phone i had to buy a R100.00 phone while waiting now they are telling me about 3 years when it has 6 months already by the repair center Official business reply Good Da can you kindly inform me at which store you purchased the cell phone?
