Very *********** staff members

Worst experience ever Rosebank branch I did laybye on Monday the 13th of Maybe I told them I will take it out on Friday the 17th I.e today, the staff member didn’t know how to search it on the system I have to wait for 10 mins waiting for her to figure out how is done, and she decided to call someone and that someone asked her to go and fetch it she came back asking me what is it the lay-by items I told her even though she had a code and she went and couldn’t find it. The other lady went still they couldn’t find it and they were taking their I waited for 40 mins and I decided to ask them to take those clothing items from the floor and the “supervisor”was asking why are in a hurry. I got angry and I told to hurry up the other lady told there’s nothing they can cuz their stock room is full and I’m not the only customer who lay-by clothes she was so extremely rude and even said N***!!! At hey gave me incorrect size I will to go to Centurion and exchange the name of the ladies is Princess and Nelisiwe very rude!!!!!
