very poor service

I made an online purchase on the 28th November and it's the 15th of December 2020 andI still have not received my parcel , called them last week to fast track it but still.the company didn't even call me for feedback. called back today and they told me they can't track my parcel, I asked for refund and they saying it will take 1-5 days . I am not willing to wait for that long because I need to attend a wedding, meaning now I need the money to buy a new outfit, Very poor service.Now I have to spend extra as the item was marked 50% off as it was black friday
