VERY POOR AND *********** RETAIL STORE

i purchased items on the online on the 25 november 2020, and received an sms to say i can go and collect at foschini chris hani mall, and when i got there i only received 2 out of 7 items that i purchased and i was told that the other parcels are lost, on the system it showed that the signed and received the parcel but for some reason they have lost it. i must call and ask for a refund....VERY POOR SERVICE I MUST SAY, IT IS NOW THE 13 DECEMBER 2020 AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM.
