Very dissappointed and ****ed with service receive

i cancelled my 121 contract and now my number has been blocked from mym network. Have gone to foschini and mtn numerous times with no joy. I've bought 2 new SIM cards already for sim swop& both have not worked, I need my old number as I have had it for years and I use it for business.it's been over 2 months trying to get my number back & it is very inconvenient as I'm loosing business. Don't know what else to do to get number back or why was it blocked in the 1st place instead of being transferred back to pay as you go, as previously communicated to me. Foschini calls you all the time when they want your business but when they ***** up no one is available to help you, the consultants at the call centre just say whatever ****p they feel like wonder if the recorded calls are actually checked to ensure they give customers to correct information.
