very dissapointed

Good Day

My name is Fikile Skosana I have an account with Foschini my account was handed over to a collections company by the name of Pienaar Sithole Associates one of their agents called me on the 03/10/2016 to make arrangements, the guy that I spoke to his name is Tshidiso, he first called me and i asked him to call me at 12:30 as i was at work and we not allowed to use our phones, but the guy kept on calling telling me that his knocking off at 15:30, he called me more than 10 times and i ended up answering the phone i told the guy that his now harassing me and that i will take the matter further up and he advised that he will show me what his made of and that he will keep on calling me and he did just that.

lunch time i called their call centre to complain about the treatment that I got from one of their agents and one of the supervisors sent me an "apology email" so he thinks and I wasn’t satisfied about the apology email that he sent as he was not really apologising as I would put it.

I know my account is in arrears due to certain reasons but as a Foschini customer I’m not expecting this kind of treatment from any of the companies that you working with as a Foschini customer I am disgusted by the fact that you actually associate with companies that have delinquents as their staff and team leaders who are clueless. The abuse i got from this collections company is enough for me to pay my account and no longer associate myself with Foschini.

That would be highly appreciated as I still have the voice recordings and the "apology email" that was sent by the supervisor
