Very Disappointed Customer

Last week I ordered a bag from Foschini. When the bag came through I was unhappy with it, and I logged a return. This was on the 15th that I logged the return, and to date, no one has come to pick up the bag, nor has there been any acknowledgement of my having made the call. Please come and pick up the bag and remove the amount from my account. Also, PLEASE get my middle name right FOR ONCE! I have BEEN trying for YEARS to get Foschini to spell my other name correctly, with no luck. I have changed it online, I have app**** in store, EVERYTHING. It's insulting to be a paying customer and always have to see my name spelt incorrectly. Why ask for a copy of my ID, wherein my name is spelt correctly, if you aren't gonna get it right?
