VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Foschini is pathetic!!! I signed up for an account in April 2021. I made sure I cancelled all subscriptions. My account is cleared for the past 2 months. Today I get an sms stating I owe R80 for an insurance that I was not informed of when the account was initially opened. I am liable to pay this amount which is damn frustrating!!! Absolute rogues!!!!
