Very confusing
My wife went into your Kenilworth Branch to pay her daughters account of R150 she gave the assistant a VIP fashion passport card and asked her if she could pay the foschini account on it, she said yes so the transaction was completed. Subsequently my daughter was phoned and told her monthly payment had not been paid with all the usual threats. It appears that the card was a rca card so the payment had gone on her Aldo account not her foschini account, very confusing. It also appears that the payment cannot be reversed to Foschini.<br> I spoke to the manager \Joanne"and it appears I can pay certain accounts at Foschini on this card"
