Very bad service for opening accounts

I app**** for a account on the 23rd of March, i have been phoning sins last week and everytime they tell me that day i will get a sms with the outcome, Yesterday again i phoned and was promised because its over a month it will be no later then yesterday .

This until this morning i had no feedback.
