Very bad service

I had a worst experience with client service today at foschini sale shop in Johannesburg cbd president street near game store. Only one teller was assisting client all the tellers said that they only work with enquirers clients only, the line was so long and they didn't care, some of the customers left when we rise the issue they said those who left will come back. tjo this is not how you work with people.
