very bad service

I went to Foschini at Cresta at around 11:20am to exchange some clothes and to make an account payment. I stood in the queue waiting to be assisted a white lady came to stand behind me. after waiting in the queue for a good 15minutes than this cashier decides to call the white lady who is standing behind me so that she can help her first because she just assumed that I was there to change clothes . I stood in that queue until she finished helping that white lady who was behind me than she says to me you can come let me help you. I'm very disappointed with this type of service that I received as it gave me an impression that I'm black she will help the white lady before me. As I was being assisted than by this other cashier she refused to take back a belt that I bought Friday last week when I asked the reason for them refusing to take the belt the manager told me with an attitude that its cheap can't expect them to take the belt back .they ended up taking the belt after I showed them that the belt was not in a good condition and I never even wore the bet it was still new. I am very angry with the way I was treated today .I have never been this disrespected EVER!
