VERY BAD SERVICE

I am writing this on behalf of my mom who came into your store yesterday and today , she was looking for gloves (fingerless) today and yesterday had gone in to pay her account , WELL !!!!! The service she received from these 2 ladies leaves a lot to be desired, Thogo first of all ignored her when my mom addressed her asking her about the gloves and then shouted across the floor to the manageress to point out to my mom where the gloves where. I have taken this matter up as my mom is in her sixties , she pays her account religiously , she supports the group and these are the senior staff you have in your branches . After hearing this I am considering closing my account with yourselves.
