Useless service

I ordered an item from TotalSports on Sunday. I selected the express delivery expecting the item to come to my GF's office on Monday. I called on Tuesday when it didn't arrive only to be told by a very useless person that its only being processed on Monday and its also only coming from JHB on Tuesday. Firstly this is unacceptable, why promote an express delivery which says next day and its Wednesday now and i still haven't received anything... I then asked for a time when it will be delivered and again the useless person i spoke to couldn't tell me when it will be delivered, only that it will be delivered between 8 and 5pm. I told her that my GF is only working until 12pm this whole week, which she then processed to tell me there i nothing she can do. She couldn't even send a note to the courier to tell them a time or find out when it will be delivered. Its now Wednesday and i still haven't received my parcel, i might as well not have paid for express delivery. Ive been speaking to a Cara since yesterday and she has been good but seems her hands are tied in what she can do. I demand this be sorted out ASAP and my parcel delivered before 12pm tomorrow!
