Useless online shopping facility

I ordered online, when proceeding to the payment page the website kicked me up. Then I got an email to say I can complete the payment. When I went to the link it gave a technical error. I sent an email to customer services yesterday to state the problem. The entire day I received no response. At night I sent another email. This morning I get an email to say that my order has been cancelled. Had this been resolved a day ago when I sent the email my order wouldn't have been cancelled.

This is the second time I'm unable to complete a payment because of this online page. When I call customer care I'm told to reorder but the sizes are not available anymore. This is absolutely appalling for a big group like the Foschini group. I want those sizes to be found and made available for me to purchase.
