USELESS DO NOT EVER EVER USE THEM FORANNYTHING

11 Months back n lady phoned me in connection with cell deals on airtime. I could not even finish the call when my phone died. Now on Monday I went to foschini and purchased an new phone . They opened it in the store inserted the sim card I do not want or need but have to pay for, in the phone without even taking the time to rika it so it is useless. After I told them that I needed to do n sim swap as my card was to big they said nothing. So i bought n new sim card for R4.00 tried to do n sim swap and MTN SAID THAT I NEED TO PHONE FOSCHINI AS I HAVE N CONTRACT WITH THEM, SINCE WHEN. Now I phone them and they tell me I must walk to the store with my 5 year old son buy n new sim card for R30.00 AN THEN WAITE 2 DAYS FOR THEM TO ACTIVATE IT. SERIOUSLY. I tried to cancel this contract I supposedly have with them witch they can NOT give me proof of and they told me to pay for two more months but they wont give me any service and then they will disconnect my number Seriously DISCONNECT MY NUMBER THAT I HAVE BEEN USING FOR YEARS BEFORE I EVEN KNEW OF THEM AS IF IT BELONGS TO THEM. Please do not ever use these people ever as this is not the first time I am still waiting for my ipad month2
