USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>Hi Its been a year that i'm being charged R27 for a tech magazine that I did'nt subscribe to the best part is that they charge me for a magazine wich I never even get by post, so wher do theydeliver that magazine? and how do I pay for a tech magazine that I never get and never suscribed to? I foned customer service on ********** 576 and ********** 666 they even gave me the contact details of the magazines department so thst I can call them to cancel the tech magazine. what is customer service for if I have to call every department myself? they asured me that the magazine has been cancelled in june 2016 by my suprize it stil shows up on my statements for july,august and september. I'm done wasting airtime on USELESS people that charge me for **** that I've never subscribed to.even customer service dont give a damn about the clients.</p>
