Used eyeliner
A few weeks ago i went into Foschini as there was a cosmetics sale on. the Maybelline Colossal Kajal eyeliner was on sale so i ended up buying a few of them. yesterday when i went to open a new one i found one that was not only used, but finished and resealed. Great going Foschini.
