Urgent feedback on refund.... Pathetic service TFG... pathetic couruer

Ordered online from Donna Claire... Received jewelry boxes instead of two dresses worth R800. After numerous emails someone made contact although more concerned about the jewelry boxes she did apologize and asked I must return them and once returned she will process my refund for dresses not received. We'll that did not happen but instead a week later the same courier who came to collect the boxes delivered them again exactly in the same way I gave it to them. Please get yourself a new courier because this was definitely laying in their warehouse and they reprinted the old wbl.

In this week I emailes almost every day and guess what.... No reply from TFG group.

AND I WILL NOT RETURN YOUR JEWERLRY IF I DO NOT GET BACK MY MONEY. R800 in today's life a lot of money and for you to not refund me is like *****ing.

See to it that you get my complaint sorted and money refunded. Then I will return your parcels with the pathetic courier company you use.
