Unsympathetic: forchini group
My wife has a funeral policy with them. She has been paying on time. Now that she need to claim they have all sort of bureaucracies. Don’t accept my wife’s marriage certificate to proof her ****en name- demand a affidavit. How stupid? Which document is more reliable? Promise payout within 48 hours; now they say they only start processing the claim after 3 days- how unprofessional? Really? In this day and age? I’ve never seen such an unsympathetic institution. While my wife is suppose to be grieving her loss she now need to run around meeting their silly compliance. Pathetic!
