Unsolved *****

good day<br> I just found out that a nobody opened an account in my name at Foschini store in Kroonstad. I do no see how those management from Kroonstad allow a person to just open an account without a proof of address, ID and Payslip. I was given this number of the person who opened an account with my details: ***. I logged this during the first week of March and till to date I am still awaiting a feedback in terms of weather the account is closed or not. I have called time without number and having to wait for 30 minutes on that phone being transferred from one agent to another is stupid.
