************ debt collectors working for the foschini group

Good Day

I have an account with you that upon checking the last time had an outstanding balance of +-R10000, I called the debt collectors that you deal with. What ************ people do you associate yourself with?

I have found my balance has now increased to over R12000 and when I queried this with the debt collectors, all they could say was that it was interest and legal fees, I would like to know how the interest was calculated and what legal fees?

I have worked in the debt collection field myself and know that legal fees come into play when certain actions are taken (summons sent etc), why can your ************ debt collector not provide me with the information I have requested?

I am still willing to get a fair settlement amount from you and settle this issue amicably, if not I am willing to take my chances in court and will defend any action instituted against me, maybe the court will get the answers that I am seeking?
