<p>I just received my June statement for Markham account and I just realized that Menlyn Donna-Claire has dishonestly charged me additional R79.35 for exchanging an item size. I bought a winter Jersey (XL size) on 13 May 2017 for R449.65 as a surprise for “Mother’s Day” and returned on 19 May 2017 to exchange for a smaller size (L). However, it appears the sales agent did not act in good faith to exchange the item at the same price, but charged it at R539.00. I did not pay too much attention to this as I expect that I exchanged the item within the permissible 30 days. Irrespective whether it was a special for Mother’s Day, the exchange price should have stayed the same and no disclaimer is on the receipt that sales items cannot be exchanged later for different sizes once special passes.</p>
