Unsatisfied customer

Visited the foschini westville pavilion store today to do a simple refund and repurchase...... The sales assistant that was helping had no idea what she was doing as the same item was refunded then reversed three times. Furthermore as I was there the consultant spoke to her colleague in Zulu complaining about me as if I did not understand her..... I find this really disrespectful.
