Unsatisfied customer

I went to Foschini Eastgate yesterday, found a pink purse which I wanted to buy, still want to buy and there was no price, no one to assist. We asked one of the ladies there to assist & they told us to wait for the lady who works in the bags and purses department. We waited for almost 30 minutes until we asked someone else that worked at the store and they said she is coming. We waited another 15 minutes we were told approximate amount is R99. The lady eventually came and said the purse does not have style number so she can't sell. If it was not sold then it should not have on the sale rack, so the manager came Amanda not sure of her surname. She said she can't sell it then, told her we would like the purse she said there is not she can do. Then she said she would be back never came back we waited again without anyone saying anything until we sow her by the till and went to her, asked her we have been waiting for her what's going on she went as far saying she had been assisting us for too long she is too busy. It is unacceptable service at all. All I want is the purse, If it was not being sold then it would not be out there. Look forward to your response.
