Unsatisfied client

I'm not satisfied at all. I have my sons item ..needed to change it with tags ans all ans the service I received today at Foschini Randfontein was just unsatisfactory. I have been a loyal client since and have never received such service . NO SOLUTION whatsoever. I should be able to shop at any branch .
