UNRELIABLE RETAIL STORE

I purchased MTN Steppa 7 Tablet on the 24th July 2015 at Mpumalanga Witbank Highveld Mall Foschini. On the 11th day the tablet locked itself and it was no longer working. I returned it to Foschini on the 4th August 2015. On the 2th November 2015 I was called by Foschini to come and collect that tablet, I went there the following day that is 5th November 2015, only to find that the tablet was still not repaired and they took it back to Mtn repairs again. Since then it has been promise after promise with no progress and they don't even bother to give me an update as if I didn't buy I asked to be given for free. I bought this tablet for a reason not for it to become a display in the shelves of a company wherever that is for almost half a year. I contacted the head office and they told me that I will be responded within 48 hours that has long passed but now they are quite as well saying nothing as usual. I am no longer interested in this tablet I JUST NEED TO BE GIVEN A CREDIT THAT IS ALL, SO THAT I CAN CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT AND GO WHERE I WILL BE A PRIORITY AS A CUSTOMER AND BE WELL SERVED.<br> THIS IS NOT ETHICAL!!!<br>
